Ramadhan....fasting month!









Asalamualaikum w.b.t

Dengan kesempatan ini saya ingin mengucapkan SELAMAT BERPUASA kepada semua umat Islam di seluruh dunia...especially rakan2 blogger's. Semoga dapat menjalani ibadah puasa dengan jayanya..insyallah:)

Bercerita pasal bulan puasa ini, membuat kan saya berfikir sejenak...mungkin kah ini ramadhan yang terakhir dan kali terakhir saya berpuasa di bulan yg penuh kemuliaan ini?....Ya Allah...aku beristighfar panjang, aku insaf akan kebesaran Allah swt. Hidup mati ku ditakdirkan oleh Nya...aku redha! Di bulan puasa inilah aku mengambil kesempatan utk melakukan yang terbaik.

Cerita diet:
Sememangnya sudah dirancang, saya ingin berdiet di bulan puasa ini. Semenjak kebelakangan ini, ramai orang sekeliling dan rakan2 lama dlm friendster menegur kerana menyedari perubahan yang tak berapa baik ke atas diri ini iaitu semakin montel & tembam.....huhuhu!
Huishhhh.....tak boleh jadi ini, saya jadi malu kepada diri sendiri dan hubby terutamanya. Walaupun dia tak kata tak apa, aku tetap tak puas hati...mana tau dalam hati dia lebih suka menjeling perempuan lain yang masih bergetah dan montok di luar sana tu.

Jadi, kena ambil inisiatif sendiri lah kan....zaman anak dara dulu berat saya cuma 46 - 48kg dengan tinggi 155cm....aku memang rendah, dengan berat itu just nice lah. Keturunan sememangnya baka sihat2 belaka, sebelah bapa lah. Lepas berkahwin berat saya naik ke 50kg...ehehehe, hati senang kata kan. Kemudian masa mengandung pula naik mendadak sampai 65kg..huhhh tak tau mana dtgnya berat itu. Lepas bersalin aje, turun 55kg. Masih ada baki kena buang tu...so aku berdiet secara sihat lah dan pergi gym. Dapat turun 50kg balik, tapi maintain sekejap cuma. Lepas baby umur setahun, dengan kehidupan yg sibuk dengan anak dan kerja di pejabat lagi...hairan..makin naik lah pulak...jadi 56kg. Berat badan saya ni umpama yoyo..naik turun, tak mau maintain hairan....?

Sekarang ni berat saya static pula di angka 58kg..so bayangkan betapa berat nya saya macam peti ais bergerak?... yang mana sepatutnya ideal weight ialah 48kg!!!...Ada masa aku malas nak ambil endah pasal ni, sebab aku nak convey 2nd baby. Tapi apabila aku terfikir balik, tak boleh jadi ni. Berat mencanak naik, badan tak sihat..cam mana nak convey baby secara sihat kan? So, saya kena mula dari bawah balik..walau berat tak turun banyak at least saya mengamalkan cara pemkanan dan gaya hidup sihat:)

Semenjak bulan puasa ni, memang kehidupan saya sibuk giler. Pagi sahur, bangun 3.30am...budget masa untuk minum plain water 1.5liter(water theraphy) sambil tu sediakan makanan utk kami dua hubby sahur. Kemudian baru ambil minuman panas, buah kurma dan makan nasi (setengah senduk) utk tenaga walaupun tak lalu nak makan waktu pagi kan. Lauk simple macam sayur tumis dan ikan masin/bilis goreng dengan cili. Semua tu utk buka selera..kadang2 leftover semalam pun boleh juga di panas balik. Lepas makan, saya tak direct minum air takut bloated sangat, buat kerja lain dulu, lepas 15 - 30 minutes baru minum air segelas. Pastu tak tidur terus, solat dulu kemudian online ke, baca magazine ke..borak2 ngan hubby sambil bersiap nak turun kerja, pukul 6am....transport dtg....pegi kerja lorrr. On the way tu saya tidur sekejap....sampai office sure segar bugar!
Masa berbuka pula, saya makan kurma atau makanan manis dulu, baru minum air. Saya tak ambil air ais kerana ada asthma serta boleh elakan bloated juga. Kalau ada bubur atau kuih, makan sikit..solat maghrib dulu baru makan nasi berlauk..cara macam ni dapat elakkan senak perut. Lepas makan relax kejap...baru solat Isyak, biasanya saya tak sempat terawih sebab balik lewat. Hubby seorang pergi solat terawih. Manakala saya bereskan kerja rumah, saya pastikan saya minum paling kurang 2 liter air pada waktu malam. Nak terkucil tu memang, tapi kalau dah biasa ianya tak menjadi masalah ok.
Harap2 lah aku dapat mengurang berat badan ini sebelum hari raya, dapat juga melaram pakai kebaya:)

Okay.....tamat cerita diet kali ini. Sehingga bertemu lagi di kemudian hari. Kalau ada tips2 yang elok untk diet..kongsi2 kan lah. Kalau boleh saya nak avoid ambil diet supplement...nak diet cara sihat. Cuma sekarang tiada masa bersenam, weekend saja dpt dance or exercise sekejap.
Kalau bukan bulan puasa, boleh senam waktu malam.
