nEw YeAr....nEw sOlUtiOns

salam tahun baru...salam sejahtera...yeaaa dah 6 hari berlalu dalam tahun 2011, baru sekarang sempat update blog...he3x....direct to the point okay...
pasal azam tahun lepas, dapat ke tidak?

determine of 2010 & the result is:
~ become more richer...kekeke...(azam nak simpan duit ckit)
# lommmmmmmmmmm......bila nak kaya kah oooo...?

~ become good mother & super good wife in my family
# almost done....sometimes terlepas lah jugak sedas dua...budak2 katakan...

~ become good daughter to my parent
# yup....have to spend more time with them in future

~ become good friend, good colleague & good listener to who ever need shoulder to rely on
# rasanye kurang sikit sy jadi counselor tak bertauliah last year...menghasut lagi ada...hahaha

~ become more alert on my own health to avoid flu and asthma
# alhamdullillah...since i took multivitamin & vitamin c, its really good for my antibody

~ of course to accomplish my diet mission to get my dream & ideal weight...
(there is another more than 10kg to shred away)
# huhhh yeahhhh...i really like tis, have lost about 6kg before end of the year 2010....but not yet reach my dream weight (48kg)

~ my new principles >
No matter how i feel...i must get up...i must dress up & i must show up...
# mmg dah terlebih show up pun....hahaha...

so here my new determine of 2011 is....(tak banyak pun...up sikit jer)

~ nak uruskan masa dengan lebih baik, maksudnya secara menyeluruh lah....kehidupan, kerjaya & keluarga

~ nak tambah ilmu dunia dan akhirat

~ nak uruskan kewangan dengan lebih baik....tambahkan...bukan kurangkan...demi masa depan

~ nak buat rumah sendiri, atleast ada perancangan awal

~ nak pastikan kesihatan sentiasa sihat & baik...terutama keluarga dan anak-anak...

~ nak kurangkan berat badan sampai tahap berat idaman ku....48kg:))

sengaja nak buat entry panjang utk minggu ini, sebab masa sentiasa mencemburui kita...ehhh yeke?....hehehe

sebenarnya i ambil annual leave last monday till yesterday....so today baru masuk kerja, tiada cerita lain....cerita busy je....
update berat cuma mampu turun kepada 54.6kg ....itupun lepas berhempas pulas, menepis segala dugaan
& cabaran...adehhhh....
sy rasa cabaran paling besar sepanjang tempoh berdiet adalah dlm bulan disember 2010....
sebab tu entry2 sepanja
ng bulan 12 tu byk yg emosi je bunyi nye...kakaka....

kalau nak ikutkan, mmg tak puas
hati dengan penurunan yang sikit sangat....
tapi pujuk diri sendiri at least ada turun daripada tak a
da lansungkan...
syukur juga kan.
..walau berat tak turun banyak, tapi banyak terima teguran yang membakar semangat...
pakaian pun semua dah longgar2 dan londeh je....bagi saya itulah perasaan yang paling nikmat setelah berhempas pulas me
nguruskan badan...

sekarang dah 2 minggu tak dapat workout ikut dvd, player nye rosak utk kedua kalinya...nasib masih under warranty, belum setahun beli benda alah tu...betul2 sakitkan hati lah....
apa yg saya buat ialah, Jillian Michael's 30 days shred level 1...every step i dpt ingat dgn baik....selang seli strenght training...cardio with jogging jer...weight training jarang sangat buat...maybe sebab itu berat la
mbat turun....
dari segi pemakanan.....so far so good...sometime terba
bas ckit...

~ my breakfast...decaf nescafe without sugar + wholemeal bread + white egg + peanut butter(home made)~


~my lunch...wholemeal bread + red spinach + ayam kunyit berempah


~ another way of snacking...kacang kuda rebus with EVO + thai cili sauce ~


~ opsss....truly not mind, my doter breakfast...fried noodle with hot milo ~
