Mix Feelings

Its Friday already....i had mix feelings plus suasana petang hari yang tidak seberapa, setelah banyak perkara berlaku sepanjang minggu lepas dan minggu ini...akhirnya saya masih disini dan...dan...dan...huarrrggghhh....sy tiada idea nak tulis apa!....sepanjang minggu lepas saya sakit gigi dan minggu travelling (buat kerja luar), so not in the mood almost all the time...can u imagine dalam sakit gigi I terpaksa buat kerja luar travelling jauh2 setiap hari, masuk kpg dan kwsn pendalaman yg keadaan jalanraya nya adalah hazabbbb...waaa....:( sakit gigi bukan dtg mlm2 je tau, siang2 hari pon sakit...huhuhu.....
Hari Jumaat lepas adalah public holiday kat sarawak, of course semua klinik gigi tutup...cuba decide cari cara lain...hubby dpt info dari kawan dia ada klinik private yang buka on PH kat kuching, so apalagi....zaasssss....sampai sana ramai gak org, after 5 org baru my turn ingat nak tampal je coz sayang nak cabut...tapi doktor cakap lubang tu dalam sangat, kalau tampal pun kemungkinan besar akan sakit even lagi teruk...so decided cabut je coz tak tahan sakit woooo....proses lebih kurang 20 minit siap!....byran pun ok tak semahal kat private klinik serian:)
Sedihnya I hanya dapat buat workout hanya sekali je minggu lepas dan minggu ni sy cuti pada hari Isnin dan Selasa direct PH pada hari Rabu....saya cuba ganti balik apa yg saya tak dpt buat last week, workout semula pada hari Isnin, Selasa, Khamis dan akan buat pada hari Jumaat iaitu harini....lepas cabut gigi tempoh hari I ngeri nak buat workout, kesan cabutan masih sakit, ngilu dan bikin kepala berdenyut2.

02.04.2012 (Monday)
~ warm up :- high knees + jump jack (30 each) + burpees 15x
~ Kettle bell double handed swings [50x,50x,40x] =140x
~ Kettle bell single handed swings alternate = 20x each side
~ Kettle bell love bend 20x each side
~ abs crunch 20x
~ bicycle crunch 20x
~ cool down

09.04.2012 (Monday)
~ warm up :- high knees + jump jack (20 each) + burpees 20x
~ Kettle bell double handed swings [60x,60x,40x] =160x
~ Kettle bell single handed swings alternate = 20x each side
~ Kettle bell Goblet 20x
~ Kettle bell row 20x each side
~ cool down
10.04.2012 (Tuesday)
~ warm up :- high knees 100x
~ Kettle bell double handed swings [50x,50x,50x] =150x
~ Kettle bell single handed swings alternate = 30x each side
~ Kettle bell Goblet 25x
~ Kettle bell row 25x each side
~ cool down

12.04.2012 (Thursday)
~ warm up :- arm swings 30x + high knees 100x
~ Kettle bell double handed swings [60x,60x,60x] =180x
~ Kettle bell single handed swings alternate = 35x each side
~ Kettle bell Jump 35x
~ cool down + stretching

~ Zwow #11(AMRAP 10min)

(yang kena cancel tu i tak buat coz tak cukup masa)


15.04.2012 (Sunday)
~ 2 rounds of brisk walk (2km)
~ 3 rounds of jogging (3km)
