Nak buat quick update pasal workout, petang semalam konon nak buat workout yg simple iaitu core workout inspired by Jenn Fitt tapi ada2 je halangan. So pagi ini, saya bangun seawal boleh dan buat ini :

30 second Plank (elbows)
30 second Plank (elbows) with altrenating toe taps

30 second side plank (left)
w' Stability Ball
8 reps Jacknife on Ball
10 superman on Ball
