SuAtU kEbeTuLan

sebenarnya saya masih dlm mood terkejut...tergamam...masih tak percayai situasi yg saya alami sekarang. yela...selama saya selalu membebel benda lain...tapi Allah lagi maha berkuasa telah kurniakan sy benda yg sangat berharga....syukur alhamdulillah:)

walaupun selama ini sy tak merancang lansung, tapi kuasa Allah mengatasi segalanya...nasib baik tak terjadi apa2 yg tak baik. Mula2 sy ingatkan period sy utk bln januari delay....bulan sebelumnya period sy dlm sebln 2 kali...so assume it nothing to be la...i tetap on diet mcm biasa...pulun je buat workout like nobody hell...:p, even i minum air lada hitam, air halia & makan jamu as ussual coz konon nak kasi period cepat keluar. Mana tak nye...pms simptom tetap ada mcm sakit kepala, sakit breast, lenguh kat pinggang...mual2(before period i mmg akan rasa mual)....so am confuse with all those things....huhuhu....

on first chinese new year, am was at home...i spent time with kids & buat exercises pagi petang(pagi interval training & ptg no more trouble zone)...then still tiada rasa apa2. But i noticed my breast masih sakit & saiz jadi besar ckit....perut pula selalu terasa cramp...so wonder juga la...2nd day of chinese new year...we all berjalan la ke rumah saudara mara cina belah hubby, most of his cousin & relatives perasan serta tegur yg sy semakin kurus....ooohh yesss...mmg sgt suka even belum capai target weight, tat morning timbang berat cuma turun to 53kg je...any how tetap syukur:)

due to rasa lain mcm aje....on saturday after shopping kat wet market, i pergi near by pharmacy to brought u.p.t....after lunch time...i buat u.p.t diam2...(kes tidak sabar)....and TERKEJUT besar la tengok the result was positif.....!!....bagi tau hubby pun dia terkejut dan terdiam sebentar...adehhhh....tapi tetap syukur okay....:))...wow!....ada baby baru uuuuuu....tetiba rasa happy....hehehe....tapi masih rasa musykil dan bersalah, ptg tu pergi jumpa doktor utk pengesahan....and yes its true, 5 weeks preggy...insyallah due date on end of sept or early oct, hopefully nothing bad will be happen, will going for scanning after 1 month....huhuhu...alhamdulillah:) ingatkan dapat 2 je...sekali jadi 3....hehehe

so now masih tercari2 apa jenis workout yg sesuai utk org mcm saya ni, maybe body dah terbiasa exercise....kalau tak keluar peluh mmg akan rasa tak sedap badan....sy cuma ada yoga melt by Jillian Michael...tu pun agak hardcore.....kena jaga2 dari awal coz badan i jenis cepat naik during pregnancy....nanti nak bagi turun punya la susahhhh...hahaha....!....

lepas ni maybe takde lagi cerita diet & workout....cerita hal preggy & baby je lah....hihihihi....
sign of morning sickness pun dah mula dtg ni...dari tadi je rasa nak bluuuuweekkkkk.....pening!
masih tak percaya....

thanks sue...tengah planning nak cari & survey jenis workout yg sesuai ni...hopefully after first trimester ni nanti boleh buat slow2...skrg mmg susah sikit...mabuk manjang....hehehe...
