My Purpose for 2009 is almost accomplish....& new start of New Year 2010


...salam sejahtera & salam bahagia...

hari ini saya nak buat pengakuan mengenai azam tahun 2009 yg telah tercapai, hampir2 tercapai & belum tercapai....hehehe...sebelum buat azam baru kena flash back apa yg telah berlaku, revise dulu dan ensure ianya relevan dan mampu milik laaa....

2009
~ Be more serious & committed on my work
--> almost done coz sometimes main2 je...he2x
~ forgive everyone for everything...(especially all my colleague & my friends)
-->almost done jugak
~ become good mom to my child (not really perfect yet)
--> almost done..peel anak2 selalu buat temper ku naik...huhuhu
~ become perfect wife and hot girlfriend to my hubby(hubby sahaja)
-->almost done..sometimes bikin laki ku hilang sabar jugak...hehehe
~ to loose weight at least 5kg before end of year(no pain no gain...paling susah nak buat)
-->fuhhh..fully done & most satisfied coz no diet tea, no pills, no supplements & etc...just healthy diet & exercises:))...proud to myself even still long way to go...
~ be more active & change life style to healthy one (to burst up my metabolism)
-->done, dah dpt jogging dgn jayanya...the thing never i do before...bangga giler
~ lebih berjimat cermat..konon...super duper susah nak buat:(
-->dah kaki boros tu boros jugak, susah betul tul nak menyimpan
~ nak buat part time business (brg2 spt kain, tudung, brooch, sayuran, buahan, jajan)
--> done, atleast lepas duit minyak kereta

~ become more richer...kekeke...(azam nak simpan duit ckit)
~ become good mother & super good wife in my family
~ become good daughter to my parent
~ become good friend, good colleague & good listener to who ever need shoulder to rely on
~ become more alert on my own health to avoid flu and asthma
~ of course to accomplish my diet mission to get my dream & ideal weight...
(there is another more than 10kg to shred away)
~ my new principles >
No matter how i feel...i must get up...i must dress up & i must show up...bole?...hihihi...


since am too busy...i cant keep on nagging here...have to continue doing my task....here my quote & pic of today....:)

x'mas & sad news & good news of long weekend

asalamualaikum wbt:)

semoga hari ini dan seterusnya terus ceria & bahagia...yesterday tak sempat nak update apa2 coz it was busy monday. Since then I have not enough time to publish anything on my blog and merayau2 kat sini..he3x.....

errmmm...nak cerita apa ehh?...ok last thursday am was on leave, coz my mom & my sister in law balik kpg awal doing preparation for xmas. Kebetulan pula my daugther kena demam panas...nasib baik saya cuti, early morning after had my workout session, punya lah rushing prepare breakie for my hubby dan my kids...bangunkan budak berdua tu awal2 sebab nak bawa pegi klinik awal pagi...tepat 7.50am dah sampai depan pintu klinik....wallaa:) awalnyeee....
tetapi ramai lagi org lebih awal dpd kami okey...punya lah berduyun2 manusia menunggu...
saya dah cuak nak masuk ke tak?...sebelah tangan bawa si kecik dan sebelah bahu sandang handbeg sambil pimpin tangan si kakak...
kalau u all tengok sure kata saya mcm mek indon...kekeke...
Lantas saya pun buat keputusan drastik...masuk shj, nak tunggu apa lagi?...
badan si kakak dah makin panas nihh....huhuhu

dah masuk dan duduk kat hujung corner abis..nasib baik org ramai, jadi si kecik tak lah berani nak tunjuk belang nya...just duduk diam2 sambil mata melilau perhati sekiling...si kakak pula dah melentok liuk...kepala pening dan mual...alaaahaiii kesian....
(lagi kesian kat diri saya sendiri tau)...aiee kenapa pula?...kekeke..yelahh...bawa anak dua org, sedangkan tak de suami temankan...hohoho...si suami tak dpt minta off coz ramai staff lain cuti...pasrah jelah...huhuhu...

adalah dlm masa 20 minit baru nurse panggil masuk, doctor check2 tanya apa semua...pastu doc cakap kena more becarefull coz now ramai org kat serian kena demam chikungunya...kalau ada simptom2 tu kena cepat2 bawa pegi jumpa doc or refer hospital terdekat...and mcm biasa saya adalah mak yg over, terlebih risau pulak....heeee....:))

tengahari pula ada appoitment nak jumpa kawan lama kat serian juga, jadi kenalah angkut budak berdua tu walaupun yg sorang tuh tak sihat. time nak keluar tu, demam dia dah kebah and hubby dtg fetch kami 3 beranak...jumpa Alimie ni kat kedai makan so sambil lunch terus la...dpt borak2 sekejap....tak dpt nak ckp lama2, si budak nakal dah mula buat perangai...aduhhh anak ku. tak pe Mie...next time je kita sembang lagi ok:)...now she dah balik penang dah...I knoe she read this blog...hehehe...really have good moments with her walaupun sekejap, thanks to hubby coz sudi temankan....next time tolong babysit dia orang ok:p

then on xmas day...balik my own kpg, sorry gmbr kurang sgt kerna terlalu busy dan rushing here n there....lepas makan2 session, baru nak rehat2 & lepak depan tv, tetiba jiran sebelah rumah dtg inform abg ipar dia meninggal dunia baru sebentar tadi kat HUS....sebab nya ialah demam ckikungunya juga...plus maybe dia ada penyakit lain tats y membawa maut...kalau ikutkan demam ni tak sebahaya demam denggie...huhuhu..kesian:(

my dad yg terlalu bimbang akan keadaan abg saya yg sudah demam 3 hari, direct bagi instruction...bersiap cepatttt kena pegi serian balik dan bawa my abg pegi hosp secepat mungkin...aduhhh lagi...tunggang terbalik lah kami org nih berkemas....zuuppp...dah sampai serian....bla2..after 3 hours baru dad & my abg blk dr hosp..luckily tiada apa2...just demam biasa, kalau masih lagi demam berterusan kena pergi hosp lagi....huhhhhh..lega ckit.
Demam my daugther pun dah makin ok...alhamdulillah.

On saturday pula, si budak kecik pula kena jangkitan selsema dan batuk, bdn panas ckit2...adehhhh...dia ni kalau tak sihat memang susah banyak coz tak nak minum susu or makan nasi...tapi dia sangat lah mampu nak bermain non stop...main bola lah..main badminton lah(mcm la pandai sgt)...naik basikal kontot nya lah...berlari2 dan berjoget2 lagi....paling2 pun dia dpt mkn oat campur milo shj...huhuhu...layan jelah, dpd perut kosong kan.

On sunday pula, saya sendiri yg rasa tekak perit dan hidung mula berair...hohoho...makan vit C dan minum air suam byk2...sebelum tengahari pula, ada terima another berita kematian juga...yg ni bapa mertua cousin saya, mmg ada penyakit paru2 berair:(....kesian nye...dia ni kes kuat merokok dan minum selama ini, maybe utk some people tiada kaitan...tapi kalau dah terkena kat kaum keluarga sendiri baru tau betapa bahaya nya kesan rokok dan minum arak nihhh...i will tell in another entry lah ok.
Petang tu kami, sambil kemas2 rumah luar dan dlm..bakar sampah, cabut rumput...bersih longkang segala, we all main badminton...almost sejam....its really good for me, kalau dah keluar peluh mmg best...tanda2 demam pun hilang:)
But yesterday...saya dah mula terbersin2 berkali2 dan tekak rasa perit sangat...dlm ofis yg sejuk or maybe dusty(coz long weekend kan)...just telan vit C and air suam byk2...tak berani mkn ubat flu segala takut mengantuk. Mlm tadi makin teruk...after having my chicken soup, mkn ubat selsema terus dozz of at 9pm...anak2 saya serahkan ngan hubby, saya dah siapkan semua keperluan mereka for today...susu pun dah siap bancuh...so dia tinggal nak main2 sebelum tido...tapi si budak nakal tetap hyper dimlm hari..tak tau pkl berapa dia tertidor....bangun2 pagi td tengok rumah mcm tongkang pecah...huwaaaa......sabar jelaaa

my diet story?...hmmm after having problem last week and get some tips for sifu...i can lost 1kg only last weekend...but not really good for me..still long journey to go...hope i can do it till i get more slimmer dan stronger:p...kekeke...sudah lah...i wanna have my breakie now...bubyeee...

nothing special...

salam....

nothing too special to share here...i feel a bit gloomy...hmmmm....
recently at my office, i heard too many "things" that can make me not happy, plus my job...
the environment will be change soon..just wait & see...
hope our new lady boss will be much2 better...or a little bit better....i still can accept la....kira syukur lagi tuhhh...hehehe...malas la nak cerita pasal kerja...rubbish..damn it!

back to my life, last weekend....became father & mother to my daughter & son...hubby away:(....
but on sunday hubby's home...so itu budak2 banyak happy owhhh...bawa pegi jalan2 & makan2...hehehe...weekend punye mknn sure yg sedap2...i ate nasi goreng thai but can eat half plate...too oily for me, so tolak tepi...fews sips of kuah laksa swk my hubby punye..boleh la...

am still worried too much bout my weight loss...grrrrr....nothing change to good result...alih2 tis morning naik mendadak pulak...doh2...i really don like. Bukan main beriya aku berdiet.....but result suck!!!!....

I must do something...so today I jadi malas nak taip my menu here...just tulis on my note book...tunggu ada mood nak tulis nanti. Coz I need to change my daily menu & my daily routine to lose that fatty away and away...i really hate this....arrghhhh...!!!!.....

I nak seru all my spirit to become more though & comited on this diet plan...please lahh...!

salam hari Isnin...

I just having my minum pagi session with mee kolok special tapau by Kak Tim...that mee actually sangat sedap, but must eat at 75 cafe itself..baru ada ummphhh. Dah kena tapau of course ler terkembang sikit, so I makan half portion je...hirup sup tuhh sampai abiss..hehehe...

Nak cerita sikit psl weekends punye menu & activities:)

12.12.2009 (sabtu)

6.00 am = up
= 1 cup plain water
6.15 am = did JM 1 (plus 20x push up & 25x abs crunh)
7.00 am = prepare berakfast for my self and anak2:
~ 1 mug RGC
~ 5 tbl spoon muesli cereal + 2 tbl spoon oat(soak with 1 cup milk)
~ 3 tbl spoon of nasi goreng kpg
8.00 am = doing chores + siapkan anak2
10.00 am = snack with 500ml green tea
10.30 am = few pcs roti keben masin soak with teh O (just makan roti)
10.45 am = going to wet market accompany my mum buying makanan buat stock
11.30 am = back home and prepare lunch dish
12.30 am = Lunch time: ~ nasi putih (1 senduk)
~ sawi stir fry with egg tofu
~ 3 pcs ikan kering cecah asam cili
3.00 pm = trying to having afternoon nap..but my little son buat hal..tak nak tidur...
dah kena pujuk2, last2 dia tertidur at 4.00pm...I could not sleep liao...hohoho...
4.15 pm = snack air ribena my anak 1 cup
4.30 pm = Iron few pcs baju kerja
5.30 pm = prepare dinner pula
6.30 pm = Dinner : ~ sawi pahit stir fry with oyster souce
~ 1 keping tauhu goreng cecah sos cili
7.00 pm = 500ml hot teh O
9.00 pm = 1 mug anlene milk

~ water intake : 2.0 ltr plain water + teh o + green tea

7.00 am = prepare breakfast: ~ 1 small bowl of mee lee fah goreng(home made and less minyak)
~ 1 mug kopiko coffee
7.45 am = house cores, cleaning the whole house
9.30 am = siapkan anak2...layan main bicycle and bola kejap
10.30 am = snacking 1 packet choc wafer & sambung Iron baju & lipat semua kain baju
11.00 am = prepare for luch sudaaa....
12.00 am = Lunch :~ nasi putih 1 genggam
~ tempoyak goreng with udang kering
~ cucumber + egg soup
1.00 pm = pegi pasar beli barang anak2
2.00 pm = blk rumah dan tidokan little son yang sangat susah nak tido..tak tau kenapa...
last2 dia tido and I also tertido...kekekeke....
3.30 pm = rise up and tengok tv sekejap
4.00 pm = snack with sebiji manggo sambil prepare bhn2 utk masak dinner
5.00 pm = jogging at tasik serian....dapat pusing 2 round (more than 1km maybe) of that big lake,
before I selalu jog inside the mini stadium(2-3 round)...but yesterday dapat jog kwsn
luar pula...the feeling much better:)...I likeeee...:)
6.00 pm = blk rumah & masak for dinner
7.00 pm = layan budak nakal yg melampau iteww..i tak makan lauk dinner pun
= 1 mug milo O + muesli crereal + oat
9.00 pm = 1 mug hot choc (with hope can sleep easily...tapi hampehhh...(budak nakal belom mau
tido....so terpaksa layan sampai pukul 10.00pm....)

water intake : ~ 1.5 ltr only...kadang2 tak sempat or telupa...hishhh

friday mood

times flying too fast...its friday already and wat so special about friday actually????
...as a simple lady like me, nothing so special...just i will have more time to surfing on internet and now doing tis la..updating my blog:)

During rest @ lunch time like tis, am not really love to going out, just for jalan2 or window shopping. If there is sumting too important then I have too la...Dunno why, since I can sit at office yang aman without riuh (coz most of them will be outing n etc) and the most important is I can keep on surfing and read my favourite forum cari on diet thread to gain my knowledge about healthy tips on weight lost and exercisessss....:)) baca je lebih, tapi buat nye tidak..mana tak my berat statik jeeee...hehh!....

actually i dont want membazir, going out is need more money for parking fees, extra petrol(I ni long distance everyday tau)...my weakness kalau tengok brg cantik or murah, just beli without thinking...parah tu. Thats why I need to avoid all tis before my habits become worse so I ambil langkah berjaga-jaga.....plus I can easily avoid junk food or fast food yang bakal menggoda di luar sana. I lebih senang pesan sumting yg healthy dengan kawan2 such as buah-buahan or soya bean:) see....diet concern lagi...hihihi...just practice wat i had read before thru member2 gojes dlm forum cari punya experienced. Its really help me to discipline myself.

This morning I didn't do any workout at all...just skip it since I wanna sleep more. I am morning person almost everyday, wish I can do it for forever la...am wake up early at 3.50 - 4.00 am on weekdays and by 6.00 or 6.30 am on weekends. On weekdays, working place far from home (its took about 1.5 hours for me to reach office) one way...driving sendiri lagi tu & one day I spend almost 3 hours just on the road. My times too limited...I need to be strong enought to get through all this in my life. I have to ensure my body get enough rest and have quality sleeping time. another reasons why am not workout every single day like others...just ensure that am doing it for 3 to 2.5 hours per week. I dont want to force my body and my spirit becoz I afriad all of them will gone....maka hancur la usaha saya selama ini. I hope I can keep on commited to do this till I can get my dream:)...after that keep on maintain lagi...haiiiyaaa..sudah2 lah verangannnn!

4.40 am = prepare simple breakfast - 1 mug red guarana
- 1 pcs wholemeal bread
4.50 am = prepare bekal 4 lunch
5.00 am = poo2 + mandi + bersiap
7.30 am = breakfast with - hot lemon tea + beehoon sup (tak habis, tinggal separuh lgk)
9.00 am = 500ml plain water
10.00 am = snack 1 manggo
11.00 am = anlene choc
1.00 pm = lunch - 1 genggam rice + hati ayam masak kicap + 1 bowl sup petola with egg
(semua bekal except lauk hati je beli)
3.00 pm = 500 ml plain water
4.30 pm = snack epal 1 biji
6.00 pm = none of them...pegi pasar beli brg dapur
7.00 pm = dinner - dabai 20 biji
- whole bread with peanut butter 2 pcs
- teh o 1 mug

~ water intake : 2 ltr plain water & 500 ml green tea & few sips others

cerita perihal diet:)

salam....

today i would like to talk about my diet journey....cecece...mcm esay jak bunyi:p...abaikan lah bhs saya yg lintang pukang itew...hehehe...actually I saja nak kasi up mood nak diet nihhh.
Before tis I mmg join group diet secara sihat dlm forum CARI, tetapi secara silent reader shj:P...
I hanya contact few persons dlm forum to get some info's, tips, advises, opinions & kata-kata semangat from sifu-sifu tersebut. At first mmg sangat mengujakan, meletihkan, menyeronokan dan mengakibatkan transformasi telah berlaku ke atas diri saya ini. Memang lah result nya biasa2 shj & nothing too special to reveal here..coz I only manage to lose about 7kg in between 9 to 10 months.

But I would like to share my precious experience during on diet in healthy style. I saja nak ceritakan dari awal supaya terang dan jelas menerangkan maksud yang saya nak sampaikan ini, kalau tiada orang nak jadikan motivator pun tak apa, I do this for myself and for my own review. Before married, berat badan I memang berada dlm tahap ideal, 45 - 48kg with 150cm. Ini adalah kerana sejak kecil I memang anak yang comel, tidak lah terlalu chubby tetapi badan memang sedap lah kata org dan sekarang ini diwarisi oleh anak perempuan ku..hehehe..mana tak tumpah kuah kalau tak ke nasi kan?...hmmm..masa di alam sekolah rendah mmg selalu kena ejek oleh kawan2 & cousin2, montel lah, gumuk lah dan macam2 label yang menyakitkan hati sangat.

Kemudian pabila berada dlm darjah 6, I mulai aktif sukan, pengakap dan kelab kebudayaan. Jadi aktiviti semakin banyak dan aktif lah, banyak bergerak dan dah pandai nak control2 makan tetapi secara tidak sihat lah. Hampir setiap hari I tak ambil breakkfast dan makan tengahari, just makan dinner...umur msh muda, tu la pasal tenaga msh banyak..tak da rasa lemah2 pun. Jawabnya berat pun turun lah mendadak dan ramai yang tegur dah kurus, saya pun bangga dan tak sedar diri lah masa tu. Kemudian masa masuk sekolah menengah, aktiviti tidak sihat ini pun diteruskan....always skip meals, makan benda tak sihat mcm keropok, maggie mee & etc...cuma satu je kebaikan saya ialah suka minum ari suam coz tak bley minum air sejuk or berais sgt, pesakit asma kata kan:p....berat mmg maintain lah below 49kg. Since parents & siblings pun tak pernah tegur sgt pasal benda ni, jadi saya drag aktiviti tidak sihat ini sampai habis form 5...fuhhh...cukup panjang tempoh saya menjahanamkan kesihatan saya sendiri tanpa kesedaran sivik lansung. Penyesalan?...huhuhu...dtg kemudian je...

Masa dah masuk alam kolej pun masih terbawa2, tetapi ada kesedaran kian tersebar dalam diri coz dah semakin banyak membaca dan bergaul dengan rakan-rakan dari pelbagai tempat dan masing2 mempunyai pendapat sendiri. Dari situ lah saya mulai mengkaji mana baik dan buruk, dah mula membaca buku2 dan majalah berkenaan dengan kesihatan. Saya dah mula ambil breakfast, lunch dan dinner mengikut masa, trying avoid junk food and so on. Masa tengah study ni pelbagai masalah dtg, emosi tidak menentu dan pemilihan makanan pun ala-ala anak raja kan?....so badan mulai sihat sedikit demi sedikit...naik sampai 50 -51 kg. Ramai juga yang tegur, but I just ignore them as I need to focus on my study right. Zaman ini lah juga sudah pandai main chenta....cun2 habis belajar I pun kawen:))

Dah melayari bahtera rumahtangga yang bahagia, tentu lah mood pun sentiasa bagus...terutama sekali dlm bab makan. Hubby I pulak pemurah orangnya...minta je nak makan apa2..sure kena beli punya. Malam hari pulak...selalu tidur lewat, hubby suka sangat buat @ masakkan makanan, cth; maggie, mee goreng, nasi goreng, fries or nugget...saya sedia menghadap sahaja. Bertuah punya bini kan:)....u all tau2 je lah apa jadi pada saya hasil di baja dengan penuh kasih sayang. haaa...mengembang lah, semua2 part..dari atas sampai ke bawah. Berat semakin naik sampai semua pakaian tak muat, kena beli baru. Berat masa tu lebih kurang 52-54kg okay....hishhh....mengerikan betul.

Dah kawen, tentulah pregnant kan?...Masa akhir2 pregnancy berat dah sampai 65kg, kemudian lepas bersalin dan diet sikit2....turun lah balik sampai 55 -54 kg je. Maintain sampai term nak conveive 2nd baby..naik sampai 58 kg, tetapi masa itew lah I terpregnant semula...hehehe..hal diet dilupakan buat sementara waktu:p. tup-tup....before due berat jadi 72 kg...huumaiiihhh...!!!

baik nasib terberanak awal 3 minggu....kalau tak mau jadi 75 -76 kg...hishhh.
Lepas 2 minggu dlm confiment, berat turun ke 61 kg...habis confiment turun cuma 60kg. Masuk kerja balik, kerja mmg busy tapi almaklum kerja tempat sedap..selalu ada makan free, senang nak cari makanan yang diinginkan dan serta merta lah menjadi makanan favourite ok. Jawapan nya sudah tentulah berat I pun sedap je naik semula...duhhh....sampai 64 kg!!!!!...

Mulai saat itu, saya mulai berazam dan pasang niat untuk menguruskan badan. Saat itu mula lah mencari jalan pintas dengan membeli jamu kurus, teh kurus, supplement kurus dan macam2 benda yang menguruskan. Akan tetapi apa yang saya dapat?....buang air tak tentu masa..kerap sangat pulak dengan ditambahkan lagi saat2 perut I sakit dan memulas2...aduhhhhh..sakit & ngeri rasa nya...sampai skrg tak boleh nak lupa...huhhh!...Kemudian mula lah saya menjinak2 kan diri dalam forum cari yang sah2 membekalkan informasi yang sangat berguna:)

Maka bermula lah episod hidup saya dalam diet yang sihat dan cergas. Awal Januari 2009 saya dah start join tis healthy diet plus aktiviti senaman yang selama ini sekian lama saya tinggal kan. Fuhh..mula2 nak sesuaikan diri mmg sakitttt...tapi saya tanamkan azam dalam diri ;
"saya buat ini untuk diri saya sendiri, bukan untuk orang lain"
I still remember this precious word was told by kak sha masa dia advised me pasal diet sebenar:)...hehehe..thanks sis.

Lepas ini saya akan cerita pula about my daily routine yang membuat kan saya dapat lost 7 kg bersamaan berat saya skrg ialah 57 kg...:) walaupun sangat lmbt tetapi berbaloi-baloi.
tat angka 57 kg mmg dah sangat lama tak berganjak coz saya sangat busy dan stress lately...selalu escape workout and makan sebarangan:p....dah back to track tis week, tapi mcm baru nak mula..coz semangat yang hilang...hehehe...

...yEaR 2008...

okay sambungan....nearly lunch time so I take few minutes to keep on nag here..hehehe...lumrah manusia, saya still rasa bersalah coz dah lama sgt tak post new entry and update anything about me...kekeke..now dah masa tebus balik ok! End year of 2007 am being busy with my life, my pregnancy during tat time, my work became so terrible coz tat company had financial problem...so I have no idea to continue writing on tis blog...at first I told myself to HOLD it...but after few times, I forgot already. See...betapa teruk nya saya:(

At the same time, my hubby also had problem at his work coz tat company totally bankrupt and all their staff being jobless..include my hubby:(..both of us really had a bad luck tat time, but have to redha la right?...Luckily my hubby had his part time job tat's doing his own business, so he just carry on and we kept survive till now:)...kekeke...but...haaa....now everythings change..wait, i will tell bout it later.... Before this am already noticed sumting smell fishy in my company....but just ignore and take becareful action...such as attended few spa intreview's, kept on eyeing others job...but during tat time I didn't expect anything...itulah kan kuasa Allah, kita hanya manusia biasa tak pernah tahu apa akan berlaku dan kena sentiasa beringat ada hikmah di atas apa telah berlaku sama ada baik @ buruk....cecece...muhasabah diri pulak...hahaha...early 2008 I received good news, i've got job from spa...ALHAMDULILLAH....really speechless when my cousin call me and informed me about that. Huhhhh...lega:) Immediately i wrote resigned letter and my boss have to terima kenyataan tat am leaving...hehehe..berakhir episod saya menjadi kuli batak di kompeni cina...setelah sekian lama menghamba kan diri, berkorban masa dan tenaga...atlast i've got govt.job, even its not suit my qualification...but am satisfied. Can u imagine, am working without no guaranteed with several company for almost 5 years....kena herdik, kena potong gaji, kena peras...dikerah bekerja umpama tiada esok lagi...haaaa...syukur sangat... ....

and yet, its really BIG rezeki given by GOD when am pregnant my 2nd child....after that i have to report duty at kL and dugaan dtg lagi due to my posting was at penang tat time....huuumaiiih...am pregnant 6 months, ang have to travel up to utara?...owhhhh....but (betapa byk but laaa..) after discussion and etc. I d posting ke Kch, Swk till now....heeee...alhamdulillah again.... my work?..as a social worker...but d tempat kan d HQ...will be busy sometimes...relax sometimes...always on mode berjaga2 coz kerja di HQ kan..dekat ngan director...so faham2 sajalah:) Last year pernah terfikir nak sambung blogging, but asyik tergendala, ada2 saja halangan...sampai kan terlupa my password. Till yesterday evening, suddenly am thinking that am really need my own journal to monitor my diet journey, to share bout everything in my life and suka-suki jaaa....hehehe...

Now..ourlife become better and better...my hubby also got govt job early this year. Alhamdullilah again....syukur sangat dengan apa yang kami ada setakat ini, my eldest doter dah masuk kinddy (5 years old) tis year. Now tengah duduk rumah, kan cuti sekolah:)...si adik pun dah membesar dan sihat alhamdulillah walaupun badan halus jeee....akibat terlampau aktif punya budak...hehehe...nanti2 saya akan upload gmbr terbaru budak berdua itewww... so...tats all my reason why am lost on my own blog thus far....now Insyallah i will keep on writting about anything plus about my diet journey which i've been dieting for almost one year...hehehe...in healty life style ok...and calling for Kak Sha and Sis Polin...yeahh..guru's of dieting...kekeke...

first of all, saya mohon ribuan + jutaan ampun& maaf kepada rakan-rakan sekalian kerana lama SANGAT tak update blog ini..walaupun tiada apa2, just sharing my opinion here tapi ada juga yang tercari2 kan...hehehe..perasan:p
okay..dipendek kan cerita la ye...saya sudah selamat melahirkan baby boy pada 8.6.2008 (setahun yg lalu)..hehehe..skrang baby boy pun sudah berumur 1 thn 5 bln lebih kurang...dah bujang. Saya masih busy dan byk kerja skrg....kena settle dulu, nanti saya sambung balit dan huraikan sebab2 saya menghilangkan diri selama ini..cewahhh...tak de apa sebenarnya...kemudian la cerita lagi..here enjoy my kids picca k:D
